Super Premium Botanical Elixir
Artisanal 0.0% Spirit Inspired by Nature
About us
GauSin – The Soul of the Genal Valley, Without the Buzz.
GauSin is all about flavor, purity, and experience – without the alcohol. Like its big sister GauGin, GauSin was born in the heart of the Genal Valley near the Andalusian village of Gaucín. Inspired by Mediterranean citrus, wild herbs, and the serene beauty of nature, we’ve created an elixir that captures the essence of the land in every drop.
Crafted with the same care and dedication as our original GauGin, GauSin is a gently cloudy, wonderfully refreshing spirit alternative – with no added sugar, no artificial flavors, and no compromises.
Brought to you by Laurence’s Liquors and Van Den Vodka, two Belgian artisan producers with a passion for distilling and a vision for exceptional non-alcoholic drinks.

The Production Process
Craft, science, and a touch of botanical magic.
At GauSin, we believe in purity without shortcuts. Our production process blends cutting-edge techniques with centuries-old traditions. Each small batch is handcrafted in Belgium using over 25 carefully selected botanicals – including juniper, lime, rosemary, lavender, sage, and wild thyme.
Here’s how we turn nature into a bold yet balanced alcohol-free spirit:
Why is it a little cloudy?
Because we don’t chase artificial perfection. GauSin embraces its natural roots – and that gentle haze is proof we’re keeping it real.
1. Steam Distillation
We extract essential oils from botanicals using gentle steam, a method borrowed from the world of perfumery. It unlocks complex, layered aromas while softening bitter notes into floral elegance.
2. Vacuum Distillation
By reducing pressure, we lower the boiling point of delicate ingredients. This preserves fragile flavors that would otherwise be lost with heat.
3. Cold Infusion
Inspired by Japanese tea rituals, we use cold maceration to draw out subtle, natural flavors from fruit and herbs – slow and steady for a perfectly smooth result.
4. Fermentation
Some plant components can throw off the balance. Controlled fermentation breaks down unwanted elements, rounding out the flavor and enhancing complexity – without producing alcohol.
5. Filtering & Final Touch
Some batches are filtered for clarity, others are left naturally cloudy. That haze? It’s a sign of authenticity and minimal processing. We don’t strip anything that contributes to flavor.

"With a culture of tradition and quality, the artisanal approach is key"
“Delicious distinct flavor. Very powerful. Original blend of Mediterranean spices. Lots of character. Every sip keeps afterglow thanks to the subtle spicy aftertaste. And a very original name that refers to the famous gin. Five-star aperitif!”
